Del Cambio is an experience deeply rooted in history, expressed through contemporary elegance and shaped by the centuries-old encounter between Piedmont and France. THE WINE CELLAR
The Del Cambio wine cellar, even older than the Restaurant, has its roots in the 17th century. This special vault holds an extraordinary treasure of over 16,000 bottles and more than 4,000 labels, selected from among the finest wines and niche productions.
