The wine cellar of
Del Cambio
The Del Cambio cellars are even older than the restaurant. They date back to the 17th century and constitute not only the material but somehow "spiritual" foundations of the restaurant. In this special vault of over 300 m2, maintained in optimal temperature and humidity conditions, a treasure of over 16,000 bottles "sleeps", with around 4,000 labels selected by our Sommeliers.
