Guided by the passion of entrepreneur Michele Denegri and the creativity of our chef Matteo Baronetto, we transformed a visionary idea into reality. Today Del Cambio is an authentic brand that offers you extraordinary experiences at every moment of the day.

To realize this project make the guests live an unforgettable experience, Del Cambio is divided into different outlets. The legendary restaurant, the Farmacia Reale converted into a bistro-pastry shop, the exclusive cocktail Bar Cavour, the Cantina. In short, a place where excellence is the constant source of inspiration.
