Since 2014, the year of reopening and relaunching, "Del Cambio" has become much more than a historic gastronomic restaurant. The creativity of our chef Matteo Baronetto transformed a visionary idea into reality. Del Cambio realizes an all-round project dedicated to Good and Beautiful and to the enhancement of Turin in Italy and in the world. Sala Risorgimento
The “Sala Risorgimento” is the most famous and perhaps the most representative of Del Cambio restaurant.
With the utmost respect for the integrity of the place, each element has been restored in a philological way. Frescoes, antique furniture, mirrors, boiserie and chandeliers project you in a distant era.

Sala Pistoletto
Under the original 18th century vaults, parallel to the “Sala Risorgimento”, the “Sala Pistoletto”, dedicated to the artist who animates its architecture, welcomes us with the extraordinary work “Evento”.
The audience becomes the dynamic part of the work itself with a surprising transformation of the categories of space and time. The room is enriched by small armchairs and tables designed ad hoc by Martino Gamper.

Terrace
Decorated with potted plants, protected by an awning and occupied by a dozen marble tables, the terrace of Del Cambio has become the ideal set for summer dinners as usual in Turin. Today it is presented with some small changes that leave intact the charm, ensuring the privacy of guests.

Tavolo della Cantina
Walking along the seventeenth-century corridors with red-brick arched ceilings, you enter a space-time short-circuit, a special room, a minimalist and at the same time - embracing atmosphere, whose pièce de résistance is the wine. It's the "Tavolo della Cantina", a place where past, present, and future coexist in a fluid and seamless manner.

Del Cambio
Farmacia Del Cambio is an authentic boutique and laboratory of taste founded in 1833, whose original boiserie today are combined with materials such as steel, marble and bronze. A cozy and precious ambiance where you can enjoy fine pastries and delicious savory products.

Bar Cavour
Inspired by the most evocative cocktail bars of the big cities, Bar Cavour is the perfect place for private events. Different, tailor-made solutions ranging from the booking of the entire room to the reservation of a few tables and the possibility of organizing an aperitif or an after-dinner as well as more articulated dinners with dedicated menus.
Sala Herrera
A sophisticated and lounge bar embellished by tables with black mirrors, which reflect the graphics of Arturo Herrera’s gold-leaf vaulting. Here, the atmospheres of New York and nearby London come flooding back to the mind.
