HISTORY
In 1833, the historic Farmacia Bestente was established in Piazza Carignano. Its story is one of artisanal and apothecary creations, carefully preserved on the shelves of its antique wood paneling. This philosophy lives on today through the refined products of Farmacia Del Cambio, true “remedies” for the spirit.
PHILOSOPHY
Core to the Restaurant’s culinary vision, even in the Farmacia Del Cambio laboratory, authentic traditional flavors are sought in historical roots, reinterpreted with contemporary techniques and sensibility to keep alive the constant dialogue between past and present.
